Our pet policy is designed to accommodate your lifestyle, allowing up to two pets per apartment. We love both cats and dogs, and will ensure that every member of your family finds a warm and welcoming environment. Each pet adds a non-refundable pet fee and a modest monthly pet rent, ensuring that all our furry residents enjoy the highest standards of care. While we allow all cat breeds, we have a few dog restrictions. The Akita, Chow Chow, Shar-Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier), Doberman Pinscher, and German Shepherd are not best suited for a lifestyle at Beechwood Pines.

We proudly feature a spacious Bark Park, where your dogs can frolic and socialize in a safe and stimulating environment. The park is meticulously maintained, with plenty of green space for your dogs to run, play, and explore. It's the perfect place for your pets to stay active and make new friends.

Our on-site grooming station offers a convenient solution to keep your pets looking their best. Equipped with professional-grade tools and facilities, you can easily manage your pet’s grooming needs without the hassle of traveling far from home.
